IT AINT A NICE FEELING

HI!! A NOTE: I've updated my links okay! If i miss anyone out or its the wrong link or something, tag me or something. Well, i know it aint exactly the neatest link around, not to mention that is disastrously out of order (not according to alphabet), i still think its passable. Oh well, happy looking! =D

Firstly, i am going to tell you that i am going to blog about TWO main things.

1. Bintan Trip (hahaha yeah its very late)

2. Musical Evening

But it will not be in much detail because now i'm feeling sick.

THEREFORE my mood isnt exactly the best now.

And maybe a few other random stuff. =D

Bintan trip wassssssssss OKAY. Went to school to check out the streaming results and appeal first, then Christine's dad gave us a lift to TMFT where we ate a very expensive lunch which was only so-so. After that, i kinda regretted not bringing a trolley bag cos' my hand-carry luggage was getting to be a pain. Then throughout the ferry ride Alex and I listened to music on her ipod (i chose all the band songs, haha, Musical Evening was near what!!!). Then it was drizzling or something, anyway, we all got a little wet, and then after waiting for a while, we checked into our hostel. I shared the room with Emo gal, Alex and Lorraine Wong, and it was pretty chaotic during our stay, but hey, it was funny living with them. =D

We went shopping a few times and i bought buy 5 get 3 free instant noodle packs. =D -gringringrin- But after that i had trouble cooking it, so emo gal and Alexmanaged it in the end, borrowing a kettle and cooking it in the kettle and all that, =D PAISEH.

But it was plain plain plain.

Anyway, ALEXANDRA LOW XING YING, I CAN COOK!!!! I CAN!!! MY HOME EC WAS PASSABLE ENOUGH!!! HAHAHAHHA. Okay whatever.

I cant really remember what we've done, but i recall DQ falling down at some muddy slope and the bus being muddy because of our shoes that walked on the muddy ground. I'm such a sadist arent i, muahahahaha.

Oh, we missed out on the boat thing, where we're supposed to cruise around the island to look at Mangroves and stuff. Its really a pity, i wanted to sit in the boat! But at the same time, ever since i went for the canoeing trial in sec 1, i kindaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hate getting on boats.

We(I?) had a great time though, i can assure you that, we toured plantation fields, looked at baby pineapples, went shopping at Pasar Oleh Oleh, looked at fishes, fed them, and went to school to teach kids, got soaked in heavy rain, and even got caught in a blackout! The blackout was hahahahaha (funny), Emogal, Alex, Lorraine W., Christine, Elaine, OJY, Gloria and I were all huddled in a room, using torchlights, handphones and whatnot for makeshift lights. I was kinda paranoid, not about the blackout, but more about my handphone, cos' i left it in the room, and uhhhhhhhhhhhhh, i wanted to make sure it was safe. =D But other than that, you know the lightning is really magnificent, when it struck, the whole place would light up, like daytime like that! =D

Then on the way home, Alex and I snacked on Toblerone and Chewing Gum, and stuff like that.

Musical Evening was fun, me and Jia Yi came early specially to write the notes for the section and stuff. She still owes me $5 bucks, and she's all the way in Japan!!!!! NGUI JIA YI! ahah must remember to bring along my mouthpiece when you return me the $$$ okay!

I think we made a mistake of giving Jia Hui everything pink, Hello Panda Pink, Yan Yan pink, and the note also pink! LOLLY LOLLERS.

I never thought i'd say this, but the Trombone section's really funny and nice to be around. I'll really miss the sec 3s when they have to sit for O Levels. =/ Oh wells. ^3^

I was just letting my aunt listen to the recordings and she went, "Hey, thats (challenge) very nice!" HAHAHA.

But all in all, i really enjoyed this concert, regardless of those little thoughtful gifts, or the fact that everyone was happy that day.

Tues: Went over to Christine's house to "study". Actually we really did work!!!! But after that, we kinda played Halo3 for a while. HAHA.

Wed: Out with Audelly, Alex, HRu, and SooChing(future classmate!) at Marina Square there to watch Beverly Hills Chihuahuahua. The decorations there were so pretty, all purple and pink! =D Ate lunch at the hawker centre (i ate claypot rice!=D), then we basically walked around (the temperature theres freezing, i tell you, freezing!!!!), went arcade and all that. I thing the daytona machines there are cursed, it kept spinning on its own!! It was so freaking har to control okay, i kept crashing into stuff as a result.
Alex felt ill, i dunno, nauseous? a little while before the movie. So me and Hru and Soo Ching went down to John Little? to get a packet of sweets for her, HRu was so sweet, she paid for it! The movie itself was okay, it didnt really make me laugh, but it did make me feel quite good after that.

Thurs: Stayed at home, was down with slight fever, cough, sore throat, flu, and a sore body.
Dont ask me how i got it, i dont know either. I feel bad for cancelling on Yun Hua last minute! Geessssssssssssh.I wanted to go for Kettling too! But oh wells, i'm sorry YH, but we still can get together! Like tomorrow, remember!

Fri: Went to the docs. Got medication. YUCKS. I hate the syrup. The pills are so much better, they're like teeny weeny size, so easy to swallow. Then went to cut hair with Mum, after that i tried to find the FM SHE for Maris, but i couldnt find it in time. Hopefully i'll be able to get it before tuesday, when MMuSiC gets together. =D A day after my birthday. =D

WILDCHILD

You know i think that movie is gonna be quite funny, i've been watching alot of ENGLISH movie trailers recently and i find them all funny. I dont know whats been wrong with my sense of humour lately, everything seems funny funny funny.

I'm trying to dig out p6 graduation and funfair pics for Sarah now, and gosh, i dont even remember where i put them! I feel like an all time big fraud, i promised Sarah i'll send it to her by wednesday and heres thursday. Great, bravo, banzai, woohoo.

Woke up at 6 today, thought mum would send me to school, but something happened and i had to take a cab to school. Doesnt help that its peak hour, and my ignorance that Comfort Cabs arent the cheapest after all. A full 9 bucks i had to pay, okay, my heart 'sour-ed'! And i have this sneaky suspicion that the cab driver short-changed me. After that i realised that we were supposed to come at 9, not 8.30, so i shouldnt have rushed and cabbed, but took bus/mrt whatever instead! It could have saved me like what, 7 bucks??? 7 bucks can buy me a movie okay! Well, almost?

Wanted to accompany Jin Wei to shop for the CIP Bintan stuff today, but oh wells. Being the magnanimous and considerate table mate that she is, she generously offered to go on saturday instead, but shucks, i just remember saturday's the NLB performance, and i'll be with the band until 8. SHUCKS.

Okayokay updates.

I'm going Taiwan on 3-10 december and i'll be bringing my phone along with me, so please dont contact me unless you want to pay a lump sum for calls and smses and whatever. But wait, i dont even know how these whole charging thing works, so enlightenment, anyone?

Yesterday i went jogging early in the morning with Christine, run: 2.2km, walk:2km, distance covered: 4.4km.
Give me a pat on the back, its amaaaaaaaaazing right! But you know what, i totally felt like sleeping after that, and i had dizzy spells cause' i ran without specs.
Then at night was the wedding dinner, i loved the lights at the ballroom, it was so pretty!
And many pop music were played, i recognised many of them! Like Goong, My Girl, 183 Club, Rainie Yang etc.
Came back, was kinda dead to the world for 6 hours before i rose up early again to go to school.

Watched HSM3 at Vivo with Christine on monday (2S2, dont be mad =D), i went right after band, and we decided to go for the movie instead of the class chalet on that day cos' i was only released at 2+, and by the time we reached, o-hohoho, i bet stars would be sniggering at us in the sky. Yeah, so we went vivo, lunch-ed at Carl's Junior, the sandwich got me totally full and i couldn't stuff down the fries after that! Yeah anyway, Christine was funny!

After that we shopped around for a while, and i got home around 8+.
Man i want to get many many clothes! ><
Anyway i kinda agree with Christine, HSM was nice and all, but it wont be something that will be vividly stuck to my brain, not something really striking. Yeah, something more for HSM fans.

Tuesday was class chalet, got lost at first but managed to make it in the end. =D It was fun, we all huddled in a room, talking and basically just chatting, it was a warm and snug atmosphere, yeah, the lights were off, aircon was blowing, the bed was warm with everyone on it, pleasant! =D Dinner was pastamania, wowee, loved the chocolate mousse. Then went back first with Jin Wei and Maris, cos' just nice Maris's class chalet was also on the same few days, at the same place. ^^ All in all, its really fun, i dont know how to describe, maybe reading other classmate's blogs like LiPings or Aricia's would give one a better idea of how fun the chalet is. =D
