Well Well, so its childrens day today. To all "children", Happy Childrens' Day! But this also means that PSLE is going to be in 5 days time. Come to think of it, it sure is scary. But whatever.
The class sure got a BIG bunch of presents today! Phew. I came to school with a worried feeling that i'm going to go home with a heavy back and bag. Well, my worries were realised! My back was practically bent forever when i finally trudged up to the doorstep of my house. Tsk. But i'm all right now. I guess.
I'm now like officailly *poofed*. I remember this poof word was taken from Li Qing. O well. Too tired to think of anymore better words. Lets see...what did i do today? Oh yes. I received some presents(which contributed to the weight of my bag) and well, revised my maths. But you can say its my fault for bringing my thick and big math file in the first place. Very sleepy now...zz..
Weng, Celine and Melody all brought their cameras today to catch the film...but i aint so sure that there is anything interesting to catch on tape...no offence teachers The thought was indeed nice, but well...yeah. I'd rather bring a camera after PSLE to take pics of the class than take it on childrens day. Like mdm ade said, everyday will be childrens day after the dreaded PSLE. I cant wait to bring a camera to school!!! My old one is spoilt now...but then my mum said that she'd buy me a new one! Olehhhhh!
And, the notebooks that Mdm Ade gave us today were uber!! Well, some of them. She said they were from abroad. I think? Anyway, Liv got the one with the cat on the cover page! Liv was like gazing at it for a long time, mummuring something about being cute. Inside all books, Mdm Ade also wrote something to everyone. I cant reveal the whole of Liv's but then Mdm Ade said something about her "staying purr-fect!" I mean, the purr part was there because of the kitty in front! Whooow, i never knew Mdm Ade had such a sense of humor. Anyway, as i was saying, Liv is head over heels in love with that book, and i bet no one can tear them apart till death do them apart.
Sounds chim? Well, a fact is a fact. Dont believe? Nect time, just look at Liv and her "precious" book. I'm not being sacarstic here, Liv, just well, giving you my blessings. -grins-
I simply CANNOT wait for tomorrow. Cos' well, its my last day of math tuition and well, there are two new reality shows appearing on kidscentral. PLUS there's I Not Stupid Too. So expect me to be glued to the TV set tomorrow, my dears. But boos to chinese tuition, cos' i still have one more week of tuition AFTER PSLE. Jeez, whats THEIR problem? And even though it says there tuition, the contents we'll be doing on that day include: Chinese painting and art. Save the Lord!!! Who wants to do chinese painting for culture? I suck at it! Well, i dont know, cos' i havnt tried that before, but you get my point! No cheers for that.
Oops, suddenly i'm reminded of the two hamsters and their food bowl. Yikes, i didnt clean it yet!

you know, ever since my mum like restarted the whole com and got the MS word, i never went to check it out. Until i had to do my eng compo correctiosn. Then, as i was checking out for some suitable fonts to match the genre of my compo, i realised that there was so much more fonts now! Jokerman, juice, etc. Boy, was i over the moon!!!And plus, you can use some different kinds of borders now! Last time there was only dots and lines, but now there is a whole lot more, like music notes, coloured stars, balloons etc. Golly, i am ...HALLELUJAH!!!! Pity this blogger doesnt have such fonts.
My 2nd sis, obviously meaning to be helpful, had just sent me two emails on global warming. She says it might be helpful for PSLE as its one of the topics tested, isnt it?
The annual report card on the state of the planet's species contains some sobering statistics. According to this year's Red List of Threatened Species, compiled by the World Conservation Union (IUCN), a total of 15,589 species are currently at risk for extinction, with more than 3,330 new threatened plants and animals added to the roll since last year. As it stands now, one in three amphibians, one in four mammals and one in eight birds stand to disappear permanently.
This year's Red List and the accompanying Global Species Assessment (GSA) include many animals and plants that have not appeared before, because of increased monitoring data. For example, the Global Amphibian Assessment, which was completed in September, provided information on species not evaluated in previous surveys. Still, the picture is incomplete. "Although 15,589 species are known to be threatened with extinction, this greatly underestimates the true number, as only a fraction of the known species have been assessed," explains Red List program officer Craig Hilton-Taylor. "There is still much to be discovered about key species-rich habitats, such as tropical forests, marine and freshwater systems; or particular groups, such as invertebrates, plants and fungi, which make up the majority of biodiversity."

So, now its the final showdown between Jonathan Leong and Hady Mirza. Today night. Results. Tears, fights and quarrels over just one IDOL show. Dude, you have BETTER stuff to do, than obsessing over whether this fella is cute or whatever. Hello? PSLE is just in 9 days, and you could be studying than being "in-love" with those guys. You are annoying those people around you!!! I'm living proof. (being annoyed by those fans, i mean). Ok. So now Liv and Suharti are supporting Hady. Previously they were supporting Joakim Gomez and Paul Twohill respectively. You can probably call Liv a true-blue fan of Paul. She buys every single thing that has a him in it, like magazines, even if its just one old measly pic. And she's desperate to buy every issue of the IDOL magazine. Suharti, on the contrary, just says that she likes Joakim. Full Stop. Nothing more to that. Today they had a quarrel over their previously supported idols, and i think i'm the cause of it. Here's the story:
I asked Liv is she could lend me her IDOL magazine, you know the one with the top 12? Thats history, but whatever. So i flipped through the interview with each 12 idol finalists(one on each page), then i found myself staring at the interview with Joakim Gomez.
Suharti: (squeals) Oooh!!!! i LOVE Joakim!!!
Liv: Urgh...
Suharti: (snatches the magazine away from me) At least he's better than your Paul anyway!
Liv: (gets angry)
Later...at dismissal...
Liv: (packs her bag)
Me: Hey, you ok?
Liv: Yeah...
Me: But you dont seem OK. c'mon, whats the matter?
Liv: (in a low tone) How could she say that?
Me: Who say what?
Liv: Suharti. She said Joakim was better than Paul!! Thats her, always dont care about other people's feelings, then say what she wants to say. You know, if she angry with someone, she wont forgive until the person pleads with her.
Me: Well...
Liv: And i never even said a single word about Joakim!!!
Me: Liv, maybe Suharti is just...
Liv:(interrupts) I HATE Joakim!
Well...so i guess i'm the cause of it all. I shouldnt even have borrowed that magazine from Liv in the first place! Now Liv's seething at Suharti, and suharti just acts as per normal. -sigh-

I saw that my font was hardly visible the other time, so now i'm changing it to shocking yellow. But, yellow is hardly visible on a WHITE page, i mean the white page where you guys type your entries, so i'm kinda straining my eyes to see my "invisible words". Tsk. O well...
PSLE LC is ovaaaaaa!!!!! Yipee. Now i can mark one day off my calender
I dont know whats is WRONG with the person who does the arrangements, but dude, WHY PUT ME IN FRONT?! u out to let the teacher scrutinize me slowly and carefully for a long time or what? Its not like my face has a gargantuan pimple or answer sheet plastered to my head or something like that. The school acoustic is also not very good. Everytime the person says something, the speaker around the hall will echo. I have to admit, its very distracting. They better upgrade ther speaker system or else...-glares-
Plussssss, i have to sit with Liv AGAIN. Like its not enough after Term 1. It was TERRIBLE at first, with Liv being pretty hostile towards me and all, but now we're becoming better friends, i guess. And, sitting beside Liv is not enough, oh nooo, i have to sit beside Suharti as well. I guess its pretty nice of her to consider me as one of her best friend"S"(let me emphasize on the "s"), but still, you'll never know. One day i'm one of her besties, another day i'm her enemy. People do change. Both Suharti and Liv sat together for term 3, and they made themselves crazy, so now with me sitting BETWEEN them, i'm kinda being sandwiched between their kkkrrraaazzzy behaviour, and i feel i'm starting to get mad myself. In a good way.-giggles- But, being kkkkkrrrraaaaazzzzy of course has its disadvantages. Both of them are always being told to "shhhhh" by Mrs Quek...but i guess they're fine overall.
Liv also just gave me her profile book the other day to uh...well, write my profile in there, so i flipped through and briefed through others profile before turning to the back to see Liv's own profile. There, at the page where she writes about her friends, the ranking, like whos her bestie and so on, i was damn surprised to see moi's name on her good friends list. So sweeeet of her. I thought she used to hate me, but i guess she doesnt. But i didnt put my friends ranking in my own profile. Cos i know this is being biased and unfair to other peoplewho i might "accidentally" forget to add, so i just left that blank. And in my future profiles, people, you migh5t just want to take note of that.
Liv also asked me to add a pic of myself, but i have no photos to spare(on account that every photo of mine is being uploaded onto the com now), so i just put stickers!! Pooh bear and squirrels or whatever. I forgot. Oh, and heres a nice pic for u guys. Who read this entry, i mean

Auntee, i'm personally telling you to STOP IT. I hate the way you tease me ok. I've already endured this long enough. Is this your way of showing that we're friends? Dont make me hate you. I can, if you continue doing this. Besides, we both are going to Japan, and sharing a room with Chris and Clara, so cant we just get along normally?
Lets make a pact. You stop teasing me, and i'll stop teasing you. And if you treat me as a friend, stop calling me model pupil. Its not that i hate you enough to tell you this, but i really feel that you should know how i think(if you read this anyway). You might think teasing me funny, but this might just apply tension and pressure on me. So if you read this, get my point, stop teasing me and we'll get along fine. Really.

Seriously. There's nothing interesting to be distracted with at this point of time. No spice, no sugar, no nothing!! Unless you count your marks. Now, THAT's surprising enough. Sometimes you fly, sometimes you fall. Sometimes is moderate. Man...
Now i know the reason why Maris and I cant meet up. Because her mum thinks i'm too smart. Yes, smart. Since when was i smart, my dear Mrs Ng? Cos' i seriously dont remember doing anything smart! So...u mean a retard instead? THAT i can understand. Cos' i know i can act really retarded at times. Hmm...i have nothing to write about, actually. Just thought i'd update so as to tell you guys that i am not really being dragged away to study-land for 24/7 yet.
Yup, so thats about it. My hamsters are really naughty. But so adorable. Keeps on running and running on my palms non-stop. SOO cute! My 2nd sis had just done something to a rat, so she cant touch the hamsters or any other kind of rats, in case it gets infected witht the rats poison and die or whatever. Hee. Ah, i almost forgot, in two days time is the day when the twin towers collapsed. *prays* it was so unfortunate. o well. and to steve irwin, r.i.p.

Ola! Haha. A new greeting i just saw on the newspaper. Cos' Ola comes from Motor-Ola, the typw of handphone, right? And it was just stated that the company's chairman just combine motor, like motor car and ola, a kind of greeting. So, voila! Motorola!
Now both my hamsters are sleeping. Very kawaii. Both are curled up and their body vibrates as they breathe in and out slowly. Plus, Hyper keeps on biting me, i am at a loss why. So i guess it is a kind of relief to see him sleeping to soundly on the toilet sand. Lol.
Today was supplementary. Guess it went OK. Time seemed to passed slowly and quickly. Suharti was really generous. Offered me a generous helping of food. Worksheets were all OK as well. Speed was TOO easy! I mean, i'm not bragging, but i'm really glad that my basic concepts of Speed is all right. Relieved to see that.
Uh oh. I think hyper is awake. He's drinking water. Noisily.
I forgot what i was going to write about. Oh yes. My arm which i had twisted is still a little pain when i bend it. Believe me, i DID NOT expect that. I was an innocent party. This was what happened: Last week, Wed, PE, minority of our class played volleyball. Majority went to Captains Ball. I was playing volleyball. Me, Maris, Kabi, and Yiling decided to team up. Yiling sent me a hard throw. I could only reach it with one hand. I attempted to slam it with my only reachable hand. Impact of force of ball too strong. Hand twisted. Hand felt numb. Mm, that was what happened. Then worse still, ms jane wanted us to play a tournament; Celine and gang against our team, just that now it includes Angel and Clara. Of course, i was NOT mentally prepared to play, and my arm was still stinging.
However, it turns out that i dont need to hit the ball at all. Which i find suspicious.
Very. How come they did not pass to me?
